Nominations for the 2025 7NEWS Young Achiever Awards will open soon and the search will begin for
incredible young people 30 and under from Queensland.
Everybody knows an inspiring young individual;
• Who we all wonder where they find the time to help others
• Paving the way for our future through innovative thinking
• Who is a leader and role model for their peers
We need to give thanks, and now you can by nominating them into one of these categories:
• The University of Queensland Create Change Award
• Kennelly Constructions Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Achievement Award
• Queensland Family & Child Commission Contribution to Community or Family Safety Award (non-
First Nations)
• Queensland Family & Child Commission Contribution to Community or Family Safety Award (First
Nations)
• 360 Degrees Marketing Small Business Achievement Award
• Awards Australia Foundation Connecting Communities Award
• Special Events Presentations Sporting Achievement Whilst Overcoming Adversity Award
• Awards Australia Leadership Award
Category winners will each receive a prize package from Jess Taylor Consulting and DMT Coaching, One of the category winners will be chosen as the 2025 Queensland Young Achiever of the Year. Nominations
open on Wednesday 13th of November, with judging taking place during March, the winners will be announced at the gala dinner in May.
